Hi — I’m Cindy. Born in Hong Kong, raised in New York, and now living in Italy, I’ve spent my life blending East and West. At BLU TABLE I bring that perspective to the table: intimate pop-up evenings that pair Asian‑Western fusion cuisine with thoughtfully curated artisanal design. I collaborate with chefs, florists, ceramicists and makers to craft settings where food, objects and atmosphere speak to one another.

BLU TABLE is more than dining and more than shopping. We offer a 360° sensory encounter: beautiful visuals, considered textures, and the tangible weight of each handmade piece — the things you can’t appreciate in a photo alone.
