Hi there! I’m Cindy, and I’m so excited to share my passion for food and culture with you. My journey has taken me from my roots in Hong Kong to growing up in New York, and now living in beautiful Italy. Each of these places has shaped my love for diverse flavors and inspired me to blend Eastern and Western aesthetics in everything I do- from menu curation with chefs to floral arrangements with local florists, and even tailor-made settings crafted by talented artisans and ceramicists.

At BLU TABLE, I create unique pop-up events that celebrate the delicious fusion of Asian and Western culinary traditions. I believe that food is a wonderful way to connect with others, and each gathering is a chance to explore new tastes and appreciate the beauty of different cultures.

I’m also passionate about inspiring the next generation of food lovers through our fun workshops. I love introducing kids to the vibrant world of Asian cuisine, helping them discover healthy cooking habits while having a blast in the kitchen.
