For our second event, we commemorated the Lunar New Year with an exquisite culinary experience crafted by Chef Manuel. This event was a gastronomic odyssey that married the rich, traditional flavors of Chinese New Year fare with a subtle Mediterranean twist. Our menu was thoughtfully composed, featuring a selection of iconic Chinese dishes traditionally savored during the Lunar New Year festivities. The celebration took place in the elegant ambiance of Vam, a stunning restaurant situated within the historic Villa Albrizzi Marini, providing the perfect backdrop for an evening of cultural fusion and epicurean delight.

On November 18th of 2023, we were delighted to collaborate with agriturismo Ca’ de Memi, nestled in Piombino Dese. The proprietor and culinary maestro, Michela, brings a unique blend of Italian tradition and Asian flair to the table, drawing on her extensive travels between China and Italy, a journey inspired by her former family's business. Our inaugural event with Chef Michela was a celebration of her homegrown produce and a carefully curated selection of her beloved Chinese recipes, showcasing a harmonious fusion of her agricultural roots and her passion for Asian cuisine.
